By accessing or using any Xaroq product, tool, or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Xaroq provides open-source software tools, including the Xaroq Browser and related utilities. The Services are provided "as is" and are intended for personal and professional use.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services beyond what is permitted by the applicable open-source license.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services.
  • Distribute malware or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

Xaroq's open-source software is released under the licenses specified in each project's repository. The Xaroq name, logo, and branding are the property of Xaroq and may not be used without permission outside of fair use.

5. AI Features

Certain Xaroq tools include AI-assisted features that connect to local or third-party language models. You are responsible for configuring and managing your own AI model connections. Xaroq does not control the output of third-party AI models and is not liable for any content they generate.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xaroq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

Xaroq may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
